A little more about Horse Rock Records...
 Like many ventures Horse Rock Records was born out of necessity.
After chasing a dream of getting together some of the greatest lap
steel guitarists on one album, 'Legends Of The Incredible Lap Steel
Guitar' became a reality. At that point, music industry executive
Roger Smith realized the proverbial "Now what? How do I get
this album to the public?" The answer was obvious: Start a
label and market the music yourself. Thus, Horse Rock Records was
formed.
Putting 'The Legends Of The Incredible Lap Steel Guitar' CD together,
enabled Roger to develop relationships with some remarkable musicians.Wanting
to utilize his marketing experience to bring their talent to the
public's attention, the label approached some of the artists about
selling their CD's thru Horse Rock Records. As a result, we are
proud to offer for sale CD's by some of the most remarkable players
in the world. Each album offers a wide variety of incredible songs
and unparalled musicianship.
